​◼︎ About delivery and shipping

After purchase, it will be delivered within 2 business days, and all items will be shipped free of charge.

The delivery method uses our original cardboard box and will be shipped by Yu-Pack.

We have devised cardboard boxes to prevent the jewelry cases from moving violently during delivery, and we have also communicated this to the delivery company.

​Credit card payment, convenience store payment, bank transfer, pay deferred payment (mobile payment: in preparation)

◼︎About wrapping

All products will be delivered using ÉGALITÉ original wrapping.

A white-based jewelry case wrapped with a ribbon, a letter set, an ÉGALITÉ catalog, and a warranty card are also included.

Depending on the product, we will also send an appraisal from an appraisal agency.

◼︎Warranty details 

・During the warranty period specified by us (starting from the date of purchase of this product), defects such as falling (stone removal), damage, etc. of natural stones of this product that occurred in an appropriate usage environment ), we will repair or replace the product free of charge. After the warranty period has expired, or if the product is not covered by the free warranty, repair or replacement will be charged. *The warranty period is one year.

We will also include a warranty card with the product, so please keep it in a safe place.

・Free warranty range 

The following cases are not covered by the warranty.  

(1) Failure to submit the warranty card and defective Product.  

(2) If the date of purchase is not stated on the warranty card, or if forgery or alteration is recognized.  

(3) In the event of damage or other problems arising from shocks, drops, etc. that occur during transportation after the purchase of the Product, or in the event of injury or damage caused by the customer regardless of the warranty period.

(4) In the event of damage or other defects caused by external factors such as earthquakes, fires, lightning strikes, wind and flood damage, other natural disasters, and pollution.

◼︎About returns and exchanges

We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. (wrong order, metal allergy, etc.)

◼︎Regarding ring resizing

Regardless of the warranty period, ring resizing is available for a fee. (Ring size repair 2000 yen ~)

If the product needs to be repaired or replaced, we will contact you separately regarding how to return the product.

*Please note that we may not be able to accept returns depending on the content of your inquiry.

◼︎How to clean jewelry

Currently, we do not accept free maintenance and cleaning for jewelry because we only sell on the EC site.

Please take care of yourself.

Please note that jewelry is delicate. We recommend that you store it by wiping it gently with a soft cloth.

◼︎Precautions for use

This is a very delicate product, so please do not drop it, pull it forcibly, or put a load on it.

To prevent discoloration, please be careful when using perfume or cosmetics.

Due to your constitution, if you feel a rash or itchiness during use, please stop wearing it.treePlease consult a specialist near you.

In addition, please refrain from wearing it during intense exercise such as sports, as it may cause a rash.

If you are having trouble finding the size of the ring you are planning to purchase, please see below.

 

how to measure ring size

① Prepare a string and wrap it around the base of the finger where you want to wear the ring.

② Mark the point where the wrapped string intersects once.

③ Measure the length with a ruler.

④ Check the table below and the closest number is the ring size.

*We recommend that you measure the second joint (thickest part) of your finger in the same way so that you can easily remove the ring.
